Do you have a physical location?
We can be found at select pop up markets throughout the year.  Do contact us should you need to make a purchase.

Are all your candles the same?
Our candles are all hand decorated/painted and poured and there will be differences in each. We aim to do one or two of a kind only in our design & decorations and the scent blends also vary.

Upon request we can most certainly do a set in the same design/deco/blend/colour.

How to store my candle and wax melts?
Keep your candle and wax melts, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense light.

Do you have a minimum for customised orders?
Yes, minimum customised orders are as follows:
  • 4 or 6 mini size decorated scented candles
  • 10 Wax melt pouches (6 melts per pouch)
  • 4 regular size decorated scented candles
Should you require a larger quantity, please do contact us with the relevant details to ensure this can be completed in time for your event/occasion.

What are your candles and wax melts made of?
We primarily use Soy Wax with a minimum blend of paraffin wax

How long do your candles burn for?
On an average, our candles burn for 4-8 hours dependent on size and the environment (breezy room, etc)
We do not recommend leaving a candle burning unattended overnight. This is a dangerous fire hazard.

We got a candle with 2 or more wicks, do we burn only one?
Each wick needs to be lit, every time you light your candle. Lighting one wick at a time will not prolong the life of the candle but  can lead to wick drowning or uneven melt pools.

Do you deliver?
Delivery can be arranged, dependent on your location (within T&T).  This will incur an additional cost.  International orders can be discussed.

Can we pay on collection?
All orders require a 50% non refundable deposit, upon confirmation of all particulars.
The balance can be paid on collection.
